In one of my favorite moments of the season, Adam rocks out with Rock Legend KISS.  You really can’t beat that!  Are these megastars going to come out for anyone else?  I think not!

    I agree! Adam IS a rock GOD and the biggest star to hit the planet in decades. I am devastated that he lost. And yes, the legends in the industry only came out for him. We love you Adam.

    Well I already love Adam but after this performance i just adored him. There´s no doubt he should´ve won but it makes me happy to think I can buy his CD soon…….

    Hey! This is so awesome! I’ve been checking iTunes all day so I could download it but I don’t see it available for download? How did you find this on iTunes? Adam rocks and he and Kiss MADE that finale show! I was, and still am, completely blown away!

    Adam & KISS….. The Best Idol Performance In all it’s 8 years running. I LOVE ADAM. HE’S AMAZING. A CAPTIVATING ENTERTAINER. HE’S A LEGEND IN THE MAKING. KEEP ON ROCKING ADAM. YOUR AWESOME… LOVE YA.. :)

    The one thing that nobody is commenting on is that this was, hands down, the best AI show EVER! How can Adam even care if he won this stupid thing when he got to sing with the iconic bands – Queen and KISS????? To live out such a fantasy had to be beyond any expectations Adam had when he first auditioned! And, let’s face it, the producers of Idol have never come up with a show like this before — perhaps because they didn’t have enough talent to recruit such big music names. I thought the Danny Gokey/Lionel Ritchie was also a great way to showcase Danny’s talents – just without all the glam. To all those so flipped out that Adam didn’t win: GET OVER IT! This young man is going to entertain us for a long time and hopefully will continue to surprise us with his amazing talent. Adam is DA BOMB!

    Adam my family is so freakin proud of the way you graciously handled the win you are truly an Idol of ours. We will hear about you the rest of our lives your right up there with KISS and I got to say you were SMOKIN HOT. What a show man you are. There are endless oppratunities for you Cant wait to see what becomes of you.Im runing to buy what ever you put out. P.S You have to be the most gorgous man on earth. No doubt about it.

    Loved your performance with Kiss ( and I never was a huge Kiss fan ) but I must say you were Shining! Album title – “2nd Kiss ” you know how the 2nd kiss is always more passionate than the first. wishing you the very best!

    Wow, thank you for putting that video up; I actually missed this and I’m now kicking myself for it; soon as I saw KISS come down I nearly came, Adam is going to be an immortal just like Elvis and Michael Jackson, long live the kings.

    Greatest AI final EVER! thanks to Adam. you know he’s great when he can perform with the greatest and sing so effortless with them. he sounded like he’s been performing with KISS and Queen forever. I so hope he performs with them again. I think KISS & Queen agreed to perform on AI because they would like to have the star power of Adam on their side. GREAT GREAT performance from Adam on the (did I say) GREATEST AI final! I too think he’ll be an immortal just like Elvis and Michael Jackson.

    Adam and KISS made the finale show the best thing to watch. They need to add him to their group since he fits right in. Kiss group is getting older by adding Adam it will keep Kiss running a long time and youthful. Hey KISS don’t miss the boat, better snag Adam before someone else does.

    American Idol?? American Icon!
    Call it the California KISS….and the French have nothing on it… This Kid is magical…he brought a whole band back to life and legend on this performance….EVERY great rock band ought to have the ADAM BOMB on a special…

    KISS me twice! OK Ok …like every ADAM performance I had to look again. And all I can say is “KISS the Results Good Bye” If America had voted on this night, ADAM – the Rocket Man of Music — would have won going away…Which is what will happen anyway…Even going away he will be the ultimate American Idol. I really don’t care about the ‘voting’…the fact is the PROducers missed the mark on the final showdown…but they got it right for the finale.
    America will learn that greatness is sometimes stunning in the beginning…but it grows on you and stays with you in the long run.
    KISS me three tiumes…I’m taking another look!!

    Oh My God, this new ICON Adam was born!!! He is not a boring singer with genre!! But he is just a true singer who could sing every song in a very special way. What a hell of AI crown he could not get with this talent? Adam deserves far above AI crown.. far above all of them to reach the sky!! I love Adam and adore him so much!!!

    HE’S MARVELOUS, STUPENDOUS, A GIGANTIC ENTERTAINER!

    It does seem like AI had that finale geared more toward Adam’s winning. I always thought they knew the winner ahead of time. Maybe by the time they knew Kris had won it was too late.

    So what if he didnt win the title? He is going to rock the world with his talent, his range, and of course his good looks ;] I don’t think that AI has seen this level of a singer in a long time, perhaps since Underwood. He is incredibly talented and unique and I just can’t stop listening to him!!!! He may not be THE “american idol” but he is the american icon and MY idol!!!!!
