Has Adam had a nose job?
Perfectly flat ironed hair, eyeliner, and fashionable clothes… it’s obvious that Adam Lambert cares about his appearances. But some fans believe he may have gone under the knife and had plastic surgery too.
If you Google photos of Adam Lambert from a few years ago, you will see he looks drastically different. For example, if you look at pictures of him from high school, he has bleached-blonde highlights believe it or not! He was still a great looking guy, but one thing that looks a little different is his nose. The tip of his nose appears to be bigger… is it possible he had rhinoplasty to make it smaller?
Although there’s no conclusive evidence of the Adam Lambert nose job rumor, many people feel that the plastic surgery before and after pictures speak for themselves.

No, I don’t think he had any work done…the change isn’t “drastic” to me at all. Besides, he was heavier then. It may sound strange, but yes, you can gain weight in your nose! Just ask almost any pregnant woman…lol!

I had thought that earlier, but as I compared the photos it seemed like shadowing was used on the sides and made the photos appear different.
Then it appeared to me that if I lost 100 pounds the entire face looks more chiseled. Sooooo, my opinion is that he has NOT had a nose job , only lost a lot of weight. and besides Adam is blessed with even and balanced features and he knows how to enhance them. Nothing wrong with that!!

In older photos Adam’s face was much thinner. The maturing of his face makes his nose look thinner. Also, he has gotten very good at contouring using makeup. I believe I read he had a septoplasty to improve breathing. A septoplasty does not alter appearance.

in rollingstone magazine they have his highschool yearbook picture and the only difference is his hair color and no eyeliner
he did not have surgery!!!
